They were professional and seemed knowledgeable, but they should have more thoroughly checked all the parts. They didn't verify that everything was working. They only offered assistance if I did the running around and getting our bills. They wanted a bunch of bills to prove it wasn't our fault with the cost.They didn't directly offer to make it right. They wanted bills from a one year period.

B.E. Brooks did a great job checking my ducts. They were quick and on time and I would use this service in the future. The price was something to really scream about because most companies charge you more for the service than what they really did.
