BAY AREA IRRIGATION CO

Just had my irrigation system installed with Bay Area Irrigation and they did an amazing job! They had a great sales rep that came out to look over what my yard needed for a irrigation system and they nailed it! We went with the WiFi system with the rain sensor from Rain Bird. They had a reasonable price and a great team that come out to install my system within a day! We have Bermuda hybrid grass that was put in recently and we are looking forward to seeing our beautiful lawn come in this summer thanks to Bay Area! My wife and I highly recommend Bay Area for your irrigation system installation and maintenance.

It was a disaster. It was horrendous. Somebody used the bathroom underneath my house and left a mess. Left the walls and things undone, it was horrible, horrendous. I have lovely pictures. It was disgusting. The scheduling was fine. They should have their employees not take a dump underneath my house. When they said they were going to clean it up they should have actually cleaned it up. An electrician looked at my irrigation control box and was appalled. They should make sure that the work they do inside the electrical box is neat and safe. It was a mess. It looked like spaghetti. Another provider fixed it for me at no charge.

Bay Area Irrigation was on-time and started the work in the morning with a few men working on the installation of the irrigation system. In the afternoon Bay Area Irrigation had several more men working on the installation. The work took approximately 8 hours to complete from the time they started. They did an excellent job cleaning up and filling in the soil over the irrigation piping.

All went great. Easy to work with

Called and got an estimate for an in ground sprinkler system. Their price was competitve so decided to go ahead with the install. They showed between 830 and 9am. Completed entire yard install in one day. They were professional and courteous. When they were done, they did not leave a mess, my yard was level and flat. They gave me a quick tour of how to use the system which was followed up a couple days later with a more thorough walk through. Overall, I'm impressed and satisfied with my purchase. Would definitely recommend this company.

Bay Area Irrigation came out and provided me an estimate of the work. The estimate was a good price. I signed the contract. We then set up a date for installation. They called the power, cable and gas companies and had them mark my yard.

The crew came on the day agreed upon and performed the work. The owner was there for the start of the job and then came back that evening to check all the work that had been done. We then set up the timer for the sprinkler system and he explained the system to me.

The owner came back a week later to make sure there were no problems with the system.

I was thrilled with the service and the job! I would HIGHLY recommend this company if you are contemplating installing an irrigation system. James, the owner, is a very professional and personable man. He will kindly answer any and all questions you have. And believe me, he knows his stuff!

We have used this company before but were not on Angie's list at that time. A call to the company netted us an appointment that fit right in with our schedule. We had an 8:30 a.m. time frame and the repairman was there at 8:10. He evaluated the problems instantly and went right to work. He finished in an hour and probably would have been done sooner except he had to struggle with a sprinkler head that was engulfed by a root from nearby tree. A responsive company and no-nonsense ,hard working professionals make a great combination for the customer. Their price was very reasonable for the time and materials involved. Of course we'll continue to have them maintain our system and hope you do the same.This company you can count on getting it done right.

This company came to my house and got the job done. They dug correctly and did a nice job of putting my yard back together when they were finished. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a good irrigation service.

Quick response when other companies would not return calls. I was not home when work was done. Replaced 4 sprinkler heads ($28 each) and called to confirm repair in advance. Replaced an additional 6 stationary heads in unused portion of the system without asking. However didn't add much time to service call and additional heads only cost $5 each. Hourly rate is $55.

I rate it above average. All personnel were courteous and polite. The estimate was done at the appointed time. The work crew arrived as scheduled and worked throughout the day to complete job in a single day. I was disappointed in the amount of damage done to my property by machinery and manual digging. Three leaks in buried joints resulted in huge mud holes in the yard. I found a leak under the house after completion and had to call repair person back twice to fix it. They didn't leave any documentation on location of underground pipes or sprinkler heads. There was no documentation on zones. I had to figure it all out thru trail and error.

The well and sprinkler system both were what I was looking for and really served the purpose I got them for. When I sat down initially with this outfit they were good with explaining and helping me decide what was the best route to go. They provided terrific products and results and I was very pleased to have dealt with them.

Our first contractor didn t give us enough coverage for the whole lawn. Bay area irrigation added to that system and did a good job. We were happy with there work so we hired them to a yearly contract, to winterize the system and to keep it working properly.

Bay Area came for the first time last winter but we plan to use them soon to prepare for spring. Winterizing keeps the pipes from freezing and they do a great job. My son said he thought this would be a good thing to do.
