We have discovered over the past few years that we have obained the services of a very dependable and versable plumbing services. The most noteworthy project was the total renovation of the master bathroom in our 52 year old house. This project included the total ripout of the existing bathroom space to wall studs and foundation. The total remodeling included a master toilet installation into a previous closet space that had been totally useless previously. A very large 6 ft. Kohler jaccuzzi tub, accoutrements, and attachments were installed including a totally enclosed walkin shower with glazed glass. The new installation included new foundation supports for the heavy oversized Kohler jaccuzzi tub and associated plumbing, shower, sink, and toilet. The entire room embellishes all new sheet rock and plastered walls including new advanced lighting fixtures, switches, groundfault receptacles, and vent fans. A new through the roof daylight skyvent system that includes flourescent lighting. The glassed walkin shower contains a rainhead, massage jets, handheld wand and sitting bench. The bathroom remodeling is comprised of all new sheet rock and plaster, detailed porcellan tile with embelleshments, oak cabinets, towel racks, support racks and handholds. The entire bathroom was painted with the home owners' colors of choice from walls to ceiling. To complement and augment the new master bathroom and bring it to life, a new Rinnai tankless hot water system was installed. The previous hotwater system, supplied by an antiquated hotwater boiler system with domestic coil, could never supply sufficient hot water requirements for existing domestic consumption no less additional demand created by the new master bathroom addition; therefore, the new Rinnai tankless hot water system was installed to correct the problem. All site coordination with other specialist and tradesmen was performed by Barnett Plumbing; however, Barnett Plumbing performed the perponderance of the work. The project was offically contracted with Barnett Plumbing for approximately $45,000.00 Other estimates obtained from similar tradesmen were much higher in cost considering the scope, complexity, and breath of the remodeling project. The remodeling project was performed during 2010 February/March timeframe. Other noteworthy skills and abilities demonstrated by Barnett Plumbing technicians during the master bathroom renovation was their ability to adjust schedules to assist the home owner and other tradesmen during other requirements and anomalies including their ability to perform other unique tasks such as tile layouts and subsequent installation. Not only can the Barnett Plumbing technicians provide plumbing services, they are experienced tradesmen in other essential skills. Barnett Plumbing provided many services to the residence before the master bathroom remodeling project and has provided services since. All transactions have been very equitable and timely.
