As always, Jason did a wonderful job. We had Jason trim about 6 large trees and remove some dead branches, He did a wonderful job and always seems trim a few extra branches for us. He is very busy and with a tropical storm in our forecast we had to change days. We didn't mind Jason is worth waiting for. He is an arborist and will not harm trees or tell you a tree needs to be removed so he can get the job. Honest and has integrity. He cleans up after his jobs and leaves the yard neat and tidy. Not to mention his prices are very reasonable.

He was a little slow in responding but when he got there he did the job right at the price he quoted.

.We had used Jason before and were very pleased with his work. Our neighbor wanted us to trim trees that were hanging over his yard , he was going to hire another tree company. We didn't trust them to not butcher the trees. Jason is an arborist and would never take off more than required and would save our trees. In fact thanks to him we were able to convince the neighbor that another tree did not need to be trimmed.. I almost feel that Jason was as upset as we were that 4 healthy trees had to be trimmed..
Jason is very professional and honest and that is why we would highly reccommend him.

NOT your typical tree service - these are the experts. We have used them before, and their quality of work remains top-notch. Jason is a certified arborist, his employees appear to be well-trained, friendly, and care about both the trees they're working on and the trees/property surrounding them.
This was a smaller job, and there have been a lot of major storms lately, so it took a little longer than usual to get on the schedule - it was well worth the wait.
Jason came out for a walk-through of the property, discussing what should (and more importantly, what should not) be removed for the health of the trees and to mitigate potential storm damage to our home.
On the day of the job, they arrived with all their equipment, Jason reviewed the scope of work with us, and got to work. FIrst thing they did was trim the two damaged trees on the perimeter of the property. They then took ten minutes to stop and move every item in the yard that might possibly be near the poplar that overhangs the house - I mean everything. They made sure my grill, hammock, and all of my wife's lawn ornaments / bird feeders were well clear. Jason climbed the first twenty-feet of the poplar with a ladder to minimize impact to the tree, then continued with tree spikes (shorter ones that only penetrate the bark and don't damage the tree). They tied off the limb and took it in sections.
Once the work was complete, they chipped the debris into their truck, raked up the remainder and used a leaf-blower to finish cleaning the site. As a courtesy, they also removed a couple of fallen limbs that I hadn't cut up yet.

The tree service guy came out and took out a bunch of pine trees, as we had an interior swimming pool in the house that we sold before moving to our present house. He was professional and did a good job. He also cleaned up well. You wouldn’t even know that he was here if you didn’t know that the tree was there. He was friendly and courteous. He used to come on time to get the work done. I knew him before I hired him to cut down the trees, as I used to work with his dad.

Jason had a representative on scene evaluating the work before Dominion Power had even arrived to secure power to the home (taken out by the trees). Note that this was NOT because they were opportunistic... they were notified by the insurance company and arrived within two hours. The crew was out first thing the next morning and had the entire job wrapped up in under four hours. Highly professional and efficient, Jason runs the tree sled (Bobcat relative) with impeccable skill - preserving our lawn while still removing all the trees and debris. Only a 'Good' on the price rating due to my own belief that the industry is overpriced in general; his estimates are in line with other reputable tree services.

We scheduled for him to come out in July and take care of my trees. He gave us a great estimate.
