 + -1 moreThey were very helpful and understanding. I had to rent a car for the whole time that I was waiting for the engine to be ordered and installed which was a a hefty amount. They gave me a credit on my bill to help offset the cost of the rental which of course they did not have to do. After the engine was installed I was having major issues and they ordered another engine and installed it and whenever I had any issues with that engine they were right on it no questions asked. I have every confidence in there work and they have definitely earned my business.
Description of Work: I had my car towed to them when it just quit on the interstate. They had to replace the engine and that was a big bummer!

 + -1 moreI got the car back with parallel scratches on the dash exactly matching the size of their razor blade. They denied damaging the dash. No integrity and rude. Don’t use them if you value your vehicle

 + -1 morewent for an oil change. drove the car there just fine. after the oil change was performed and I paid 120 bucks for the synthetic oil change they told me they couldn't get the key to turn and my ignition is locked. Tilda me I had a bad key so I got my bf to bring another key from the house, but no luck .so after 3 hrs being there they told me I had to tow it to the dealer. no apologies no solutions. dealer telling me that it will be 1200 to repair. the shop won't take any responsibility for the problem and said that stuff like that happens to my kind of car and acted like I was messing up their day. never thought that my car I brought in just fine for an oil change will have to be towed and stuck with 1200 bill after being serviced at that place.

Description of Work: I was having a problem with the check engine light coming on no matter what another auto service provider did. After giving that other mechanic 3 times to solve the problem I wanted another opinion so I went to Automotive Authority to get their opinion. They understood my level of frustration and did a great job of solving the problem. I give them credit for comunicating the problem well and completing the work in a timely manner.
