Atlantic Carpet Care

They were not very good at getting the stains out I wanted out. I had to call them back and the guy was not very professional on the phone.

Atlantic Carpet Care is such a great company. Their techs are polite and the equipment is very strong, getting the carpeting cleaning than other companies in my opinion. I have one high traffic area that after while the carpet become discolored. Each time Atlantic Carpet Care cleans my carpet, the carpet looks new again included ALL discoloration in that high traffic area. One time I was feeling particularly broke and had a coupon for a very affordable carpet cleaning with Stanley Steamer. So I decided to cheat on Atlantic Carpet care of use the coupon. Stanley Steamer came out and cleaned the carpet. But that high traffic area was still discolored.. I asked them to work harder on that area. They told me that when it dried, it would not be discolored. I waited for it to dry. But it was still discolored. I called Stanley Steamer back out and they cleaned the high traffic area again. Still it was discolored. After a couple of weeks of looking at it and staying aggravated, I caved in and called Atlantic Carpet Care and had my carpet cleaned again. As expected, the carpet looked brand new and the high traffic area that had been discolored was no longer discolored and looked great. This is why I think their equipment is stronger and their tech do a better job than the other companies around town. I did not admit to them that I cheated but they will know if they read this:-). I will never cheat again.
Since my profession is real estate and property management, I see what carpet looks and smells like after other carpet cleaning companies have cleaned carpet and what miracles Atlantic Carpet Care has performed behind flooding, pets urine, wine and juice spills, burns, split seams, chewing from pets, cigarettes, bleach spots and so much more. They can repair, stretch, dry out after flooding, etc. We have had a few flooding events at our rental homes and called Atlantic Carpet Care. They were at the house so fast. They were able to completely restore everything related to the carpet. They worked with our homeowners insurance company and provided their invoice in the format that insurance companies want. They cleaned the tenant furniture (sofas) that had gotten wet as well.
Atlantic Carpet Care is not the lowest price in town nor are they the most expensive. But they definitely do the best job. They will not try to upsell you with pressure like some companies do. The techs will tell you what options you have and that is it. No hard sell. They come when they are scheduled, the techs are nice and respectful and the job is always a great job. Atlantic Carpet Care is the best!

It was a coupon. It was $49 for 5 rooms. I also had them do the stairs which wasn't included and then I had the bond put down. They were really easy to work with. They were really upbeat. If I asked a question they would explain what they were doing and why. It was a very positive experience. I really liked the company. Everything came out really nice. There were no problems with the job. There was no pressure.

Company provided an immediate call back then scheduled the work at our request for the next day. The man who performed the work was very friendly and competent. He did a great job and took pride in his work.

I really liked the results that I had received from them. All of our carpeting they did looks great. I trusted them in my home. I know the man that runs this company as he goes to my church and that really gives me a sense of security. My son actually took care of the payment so I am not sure what the cost was.
