We use them on an ongoing basis. The staff is great. They are really wonderful about being flexible with dates. They really seem to care for the pets. We had a big hurricane last year in August, they were already watching our pets and they went the extra mile to offer care for our pets during the hurricane if we even needed that. I was very impressed by their service. I would refer them to others. We paid $16 per visit. They come in to our home. When they come they spend half an hour to an hour depending on what need to be done with the animal. They check on the pet, they give them food and water. They give them love. They even brought in our mail for us and picked up our newspapers. They are very good about that. They have always been there when they said they would be there. They are laid back, but they are also professional. I will use them again in the future.
