Great same day service! For a unit they installed 3 years ago, we only had to pay a $50 deductible for an expensive part they had to replace, which took several hours.

That was when I decided I was not going to use them anymore, because they ripped me off. The price itself was an ?F?, because I shouldn?t have had to pay anything. They were on time. 

They don?t stand behind their maintenance agreement. They did not do the proper maintenance to begin with and then charged me to fix it. If they had done the maintenance, then the problem wouldn?t have occurred. I had this company for 30 years, and I said that?s it, no more and I am done with them.

I don?t use them anymore because their work was unsatisfactory. Whatever they fixed one problem it created another. On one instance when I went to talk to the supervisor about what happened, he just turned around and walked off and did not want to hear it.

They?re very responsive, they know what they?re doing, and they?re family owned and ran. They are very easy to work with. I would call them again without any hesitation.

This is my first year with the company. They serviced the units for several years for the previous owner, and I simply stayed with the company. The previous owner was satisfied with their performance. Ampmor has done only two service checks since I moved in (one winter, one summer), and I plan on renewing the service contract in November. I've not had any additional problems where I needed them to come out for service. They were punctual, polite and professional on both visits. I had different technicians on both calls, and they both took their time in checking the systems thoroughly. They even took the extra time to clean the coils on the outside unit, at no extra charge. I felt very comfortable with them in my home, and was impressed with the extra time they took in explaining things to me. Granted, I've not used the company for long, but they had a good record with the previous owners, and I am impressed with them as well.

The job was performed in a very professional manner, all debris from the work being performed was cleaned, the installation crews were ways on time, very approachable and answered any questions about the job. All issues that developed were addressed in a timely and professional manner. Phones calls were returned quickly. Ampmor was very willing to work with my very busy schedule.
