Aside from the first couple of days of work, the various crews did not show up as scheduled and it was difficult at best to get in touch with the owner. Work was not completed as agreed to until threats were made to file report with the BBB. Collateral damage occurred as a result of careless work. After a lot of back and forth, the business owner finally agreed to rectify the situation. This was a bad experience overall.
