They do good work if you can get them to your house. Their scheduler seems very confused. I hired them to clean my yard in November for 4 weeks. The first week I gave them a check for all 4 weeks. The second week they did not show. I called their office and someone came out that day. The second week was the last I saw them. With the holidays and a family illness I did not contact them until February. I informed them they owed me 2 more visits and that the check had not been cashed. She said she did not have the check to stop payment on the check and she would send them out for another visit. I stopped payment on the check, a $20 fee to do so and the workers never showed. She called me in March and said she had found the check. I again asked for them to come and clean the yard, they never showed. I am done. The most frustrating part is that they are on my block every week. They do great work when they come they just don?t show up. I guess you need to be a yearly customer.

The visit was done promptly and done well. I had troublesome thorny bushes removed as well as lawn care. What I thought would take a day was done in an hour and he hauled away the bushes and bagged the debris. They took no shortcuts and for this they have earned my trust.

He provided a very quick response to my inquiry and provided a reasonable. He came back two days after the quoye and totally transformed my yard. I have very pleased with his work and plan to contact him in the spring to do my backyard.

These guys are the best!!! My house/yard was being taken over by vines and weeds and over grown bushes. When I pulled up to my house after a difficult day at work, I was more than pleasantly surprised!!! It looks like a new house!!! I would be glad to recommend this company to anyone looking for someone to clean up and improve their yards!!! I will be calling them back for more work!!!!

They made contact, very professional and made a REASONABLE offer and arrived on time!!!!!

My backyard was a mess...overgown grass (too tall to mow with regular lawnmower)...vines of poison ivy growing up house and shed..trees growing between my fence and neighbor's fence. I took before and after photos...amazing difference...wish I knew how to post them on this site. Alvarez Landscaping did an outstanding job and at a very reasonable price!!
