+ -1 moreIt went very well, he was honest and up front about times and prices. He worked fast (to keep the rain from doing more damage). Friendly, and I also felt safe with him here. My husband is in the military and gone for the next couple of months. He is trustworthy with the house while I had to go to an appointment, he had a key to let himself in, and when I got home, nothing was missing, and a lot of work was done.
Description of Work: Mobile home repair. I had a large tree crash through my bathroom, no one else wanted to give me the time of day. He was very knowledgeable about insurance claims and how to handle them. He also has 31 years experience with mobile homes. He was patient, friendly and down to earth. After gutting out the damage, he had to structural rebuild the roof, walls and floor. Re-wired and re-insulated the walls. He was also very flexible and helpful in moving some items around like the shower and cabinet's; also adding an extra sink. He has repaired plumbing, re-hung siding, and roof shingles. Inside, repaired plumbing and installed toilet, two sinks, and garden tub with shower. Re-wired the lights and bathroom fan/vent. Clean mold and water from air conditioning vents, repair and replace. Installed cabinet's, vanity, and vinyl flooring. Also hung mirror sliding doors, and was very interested in helping me get the best for my money.
