The technician did a good job.Removed old heater and replaced it with a new one.Upgraded existing valves with newer one(at an extra cost of course).He removed old heater and cleaned up his mess.The only thing wrong was the technician was coughing and hacking and a few days later,I had a chest cold.It may have been just a coincidence.I will be using this company again with all my plumbing needs

I called about the broken pipe, he arrived that day assessed the problem and provided quotes.  The next day he repaired the pipe and also corrected all of the other repaires I had not fixed.  Two people made the repaires.  They did an excellent job and completed in a short period of time

I had called and left a message with a brief description of my problem. Mike called me back on Monday (4/23) and we discussed the problems I was having. We also discussed my difficulty in getting time off to just sit here and wait. He was extremely understanding and accommodating. We settled on this afternoon as a mutually agreeable time. Mike showed up and inside of two hours replaced my garbage disposal and repaired all my kitchen sink drain lines, then re-seated a loose toilet tank for me in the master bedroom. He did quality work, asked how some of his past work was holding up (all he has done is still working great), and reiterated that I should feel free to call if I have any problems or even if I just need advice.
