GREAT! Alland did not rush. He worked steadily until completion. His painting was excellent. Most important was the calm way he approached this job. He accepted changes and addressed concerns without any loss of composure. He worked well with other contractors (even helped them) who were doing separate jobs. He had valuable insights, and when he encountered unfamiliar aspects (not many), he willingly sought and accepted help. In a nutshell I think Alland’s work was good, his cost was fair, and he was easy to work with.
