We have had a service agreement with them for several years and every time some one comes out, they have some thing different to say about the system. We did not renew our service contract. We thought the price was excessive. We are going to look for some one else. That annual fee does not give anything else, it might give us a 10% discount on parts, but we still have to pay for service. To me that is pretty excessive.

They arrived on-time. My son answered the door and they remained outside for a few minutes until I could greet them. They were clean and efficient, and answered all my questions. One pleasant surprise was their letting me know that my CO detector should be replaced due to age. It's these things that keep me going back to them to maintain the equipment they installed.

THEY SUE THEIR CUSTOMERS-Worst experience I have ever had with any contractor. At first they indicated that, with a very high probability of success, they could repair the unit. About two hours later I was presented with a bill for approximately $550.00 which might not seem terribly outrageous except that when the technician finished I had no AC, two small children in the house and 90 degree temperatures. Also it is noteworthy that the technician offered no options to resolve. A simple "let's apply this to a new unit" was all I was looking for. I told the technician that the charges were ?outrageous?, I paid $200.00 and asked that the owner, of this business, call me to resolve the matter. Despite numerous attempts to contact him, the owner would not speak me to me leaving his office manager to resolve. Early the following week two of three subsequently contacted HVAC contractors offered unsolicited indications that the work All season?s performed was sub standard and included non-c conforming parts. Based upon the obvious veracity of those claims of sub-standard work (fan motor capacitor attached to motor with a wire tie) I stopped payment on the $200.00 check. Still the owner would not speak to me. Instead he files a Motion for Summary Judgment. I had to miss work to go to the court! (he sent his office manger to court) Instead of suffering through the lost time associated with a contested small claims court case, I paid him $200.00. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
Response from All Seasons Heating & Cooling Service

"It is a sad and unfortunate situation that this member feels as he does toward us. We were called to his house for a “no cooling service call” for his upstairs system. In response to this member's report, All Seasons Heating and Cooling (ASHC) will address his complaint on a point by point basis. Our technician, who is a very experienced State licensed master technician, first consulted with the member's wife prior to each step of the service process. He explained the cost of each step and the fact that as he moved forward, there was no guarantee that this would resolve the issue. ASHC has repeatedly recommended to this couple that they replace their system due to age, condition, and constant issues with it. This member's insinuation that he was surprised by the end result of the invoice is contrary to the fact that his wife signed off on each step prior to it occurring. Regarding the parts that he claims were non-conforming; due to his desire not to pay for our visit, we removed the new parts and put the original parts back into his system. The invoice very clearly states this step and he was not charged for those parts. We had not installed those particular parts at any point in time. This member states that the owner of the company did not attempt to contact him. The owner did in fact attempt to contact the member. Several phone calls and a letter was sent in an effort to speak to the member. However, past history with this member has shown us that he prefers not to pay what he is being charged. We previously have provided him with concessions to try to keep him as a happy customer. We have always shown up on time and in a very timely and professional manner. All has ended well when his system was able to be repaired. This time, unfortunately, his system was beyond repair. I would have gladly put the service amount toward a new system for him if things hadn’t gotten ugly. This member made rude comments to our technician such as his indicating that since a lawyer doesn’t make this much, he will not pay it to a technician, unfortunately his demands for concessions and his lack of payment is not a one time event. All Seasons Heating and Cooling has a strong history of performing high quality service, installation and maintenance for home comfort systems. A report by a client who has repeatedly not wanted to pay for what they approved is a shame and a rare occurrence. We wish this member well in his search for another service provider that can satisfy his needs. Ralph Doak"

We have them come out every year to do the annual check-up and they are always honest and courteous while they are here. They did not find any problems with the system, so it was pretty much a routine call with no surprises. The peace of mind is worth the cost and avoids big problems down the line.
