I was very impressed by Marty's friendliness, expertise and professionalism when he came out to install the invisible fence at my house. He showed his genuine care for me and my dogs as he spent time with my dogs, trained them to respect the fence system, and took the time to answer all my questions. His wife Dee is also extremely nice, was very good about scheduling my appointments, including the follow-up visit, and then even called me later to check with me on how everything was going. I had actually won the fence at a raffle at a local humane society fundraiser in Chesapeake. I couldn't believe he was going to drive all the way to Williamsburg to install this fence for free..and he really did! (including a 2nd follow-up visit) Amazing. I was interested in getting an invisible fence for a while, but there was no way I could afford it, especially based on what my neighbor paid for theirs for the Invisible Fence brand. I have come to find out that All Pet Stop Fencing is not only a higher quality product since it is 100% made in the USA, but it is more affordable! And they don't lock you into an expensive battery program like its name band competitor. On top of their quality products and wonderful customer service, they are a family-run business who really cares about people and dogs. This company is truly a gem, and I am more than happy to help spread the word about them to all of Hampton Roads!

Marty did a great job. Explained entire process, was on time and professional on the job site. He did a good job working with and training my dogs. I did think cost was a little high - but Marty was clear on the price before I committed to the work - so there were no surprises. His work was excellent.
