**PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY ** This is a family owned business! Sometimes one family member can bring the others down. That being said, I worked with John Dozier and his brother Jim. NOT Dan! I cannot speak to the professionalism of Dan Dozier, BUT I can speak to John and Jim. And they were PHENOMENAL! I had two other roofing companies give me quotes of upwards of $2000, this is including a roofer my home warranty sub-contracted. And they both said it would take weeks to do the work. Mind you this was a few days before the arrival of Hurricane Erin!! I contacted Mr. Dozier late on a Friday and he promptly promised me he would stop by my house Monday afternoon. The two brothers showed up at 4:30 and fixed multiple issues in about two hours. I had to have a pipe collar replaced, multiple shingles repaired, step flashing repaired, corner flashing sealed, and multiple gaps in the roof sealed. They did all of this for $300!!! That’s not a typo. I couldn’t believe it. TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!

OWNER IS A FRAUD. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Dan Dozier is a Con. Dan sent over a contract 7/28 for a replacement roof and agreement for 8/2 install due to an active leak. He was extremely quick to collect a deposit but did not send a signed agreement. After receiving a deposit, I never had the same eager person that took a deposit have the same attitude to do the work. 8/2 came and went. Dan promised 9 separate times on 9 separate occasions to show up and replace the roof after countless texts and pestering. 9 more times, his crew or even himself (after promising to show up himself) never showed up. After the 10th time, he said he will refund me my money. Great! not so much. over the course of the next 8 weeks and constant nagging, he has promised to refund me 30 SEPARATE times. All 30 separate times have come and went. As of this writing, Dan dozer is dodging refunding. If this is the type of integrity and work you want to work with , by all means. Otherwise AVOID. You will have a bad experience.

Danny Dozier came expect the home we negotiated a price he explained that I needed to go ahead and replace the full roof and it would be easier to do it that way. That would be on my problem area which was not the main roof. After making the installment payment as requested Mr. Dozier did not schedule him an immediate time and I I had to call repeatedly to get him to start. His team came put a new main roof which consisted of new shingles and tarp. They did not finish the rest of the quoted job as the contract stated. They did not fix my issues nor did they come back after.

In August of 2013 All American Roofing Company replaced my roof. Due to the roof slant on the back of my house the materials used included shingles on the front and vinyl on the back half. Since installation of the new roof I have had 6 leak incidents; 5 were in the same general area under the vinyl roofing and 2 under the shingles. The first leak occurred in May of 2014 in a freshly painted bedroom under the vinyl roofing. Each of the first four leak incidents were in the same general area under the vinyl roofing and each time they came to make repairs I was assured the problem was fixed. I was also told to buy Kilz spray stain concealer to cover the damage. Since contracting with All American Roofing I have gone through 2 cans of Kilz due to stain damage. The fifth episode happened during Hurricane Matthew in 2016 and included the same vinyl area as before and a shingled area. This time Dan Dozier came and inspected. I was told the leaks where the vinyl was installed happened because the flashing had not been replaced around the chimney and the shingles had come loose due to wind. I was also told the chimney cap was missing. Dan promised they would take measurements and fabricate a new one for installation. I started calling in January (2017) to check the status of the cap and would get promises but no response. By end of March I started calling weekly basis and had at least one appointment a week in the month of April. Not only did they fail to show-up for each appointment, they also failed call to cancel or reschedule. After not keeping a 4/26/17 appointment I spoke Dan and was assured they would be there at noon on the 28th. Again they failed to appear. I called at 2 pm that day and Dan promised they would deliver the chimney cap after 3 pm. Again, they did not show up or call. I have yet to get the chimney cap. My most recent leak occurred during heavy rains this July (2017) while I was out of town. The damage is located directly below the shingled area allegedly repaired last year. I spoke with Dan Dozier yesterday morning (Monday, July 31st) and was told he would personally come around 1 pm. Again, the appointment was not kept, nor have I heard from Dan or his representative.

We used Angie's list and referrals from friends to select five companies to give us quotes to remove old roof (two layers), fix water damaged wood and remove and replace a skylight. John came out and gave us a quote that was much less than then other four quotes we received. Friends of ours had  used this company, and referred them to other friends and family members, and all were very pleased with the work performed. A quick Angie's list and BBB check and we signed a contract with All American on a Saturday, and they began work the following Wednesday. John's brother Joey arrived at 7:30 AM with a crew of ten, and they quickly showed how a well trained, professional team can quickly finish a job. They protected all bushes, our yard and pool, and would have finished our two story with additions home in one day if it had only had one layer of shingles. Joey even asked us to put a tarp inside our home under the sky light so he wouldn't drop a lot of debris through the hole. The finished day one by flashlight, making sure everything was covered and tight. The next morning they quickly finished the job, cleaned up and removed all traces they had even been there. I would strongly recommend All American Roofing to anyone needing work on their roof! 

Dan was on time ripped off roof and replaced in one day. Did excellent job even left note for neighbor because one of the old shingles blew into his yard and came back and cleaned it up. The roof looks GREAT!!. I have recommended him to all my friends. Also best price I have ever gotten on roof replacement.

After some scheduling hickups, they arrived and replaced roof. There was some water damage and they fixed without issue. I believe I was given a good value for my money.

There were so clean and quick. They did it in one day. He got every single nail picked up from the driveway, using a magnet. I would give them an A+. I think they should be at the top of the list! It was amazing.

They did a phenomenal job and I was pleased with the pricing and that they offered a discount for cash payment. They were clean and great.

All American Roofing was AMAZING. They replaced my 18 year old roof with architectural shingles. Their estimate came in $4,000 lower than the competitors. Dan is very professional and stopped by my house the day after I called for an estimate. On the day the work was going to begin, the roofers showed up at 6:30 AM and worked all day until the roof was competed at 7 PM. All debris was picked up and the house looked like new. The roofing crew was very nice and professional. They also took down and painted my shutters a new color at no extra charge!
I am so please with Dan and All American roofing that I am having them replace the roof at my rental property as well. I highly recommend this company.

All American showed up on time and did an outstanding job.
I had quotes from three other contractors, one was twice as much as the other two, I choose All American because of the rapid response to my queries.
The crew showed up on the appointed day at the appointed time and did a fantastic job on my roof. The roof looks great and there was no damage to my yard or shrubs from the work these guys did.
I'd highly recommend All American to anyone that need a roof done!

I loved the roofing work this company did!! The men that came were very professional. They got the job done quick! Our salesman even showed up at the end to make sure we were happy with the roof. The roof is beautiful and we are still getting compliments on it!!

.We were very happy with the work they did. They were very professional and took great care while at my daughters. They treated the place as if it were their own. They cleaned up after themselves and took the time to answer any and all questions we had. I would use them again if we needed that service.
