Brian was very responsive and came out the same day that we called. He looked at our AC unit and checked several different possibilities as to why it wasn't working. He checked the thermostat and even went into the attic. It was finally realized that the unit outside was missing some wires or they weren't connected. He corrected the mistakes and got the AC running. He told us that we would likely need to replace our unit, as well as the furnace, within the next few years. Brian was very professional and seemed extremely knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend his company.

This company was referred to me by my home warranty company. I called because myair conditioner was running incessantly, and didn't seem to be able to keep the house cooled off. Brian (the owner) responded to my call within an hour, and showed up the very same afternoon. He thoroughly went through my HVAC system, and then after determining there was nothing wrong with the airconditioner or fan, he suggested there may be problems with the ductwork. An hour later, we found out that there were several trunks of our ducktwork that were no longer connected to the floor, and the air was just blowing into the crawlspace. Turns out several boots had rusted out, and there was nothing to attch the ductwork to any longer. Brian put together a list of recommendations which included beefing up the strapping on much of the ductwork (which was inadequately strapped and was sagging in several places which obstructs airflow), replacing and insulating all ofo the boots connecting to the floor ducts, and caulking several areas which allowed airflow where there shouldn't be any. In the end, he quoted a very fair price, and we did all of his recommendations. I was also impressed that he stuck with his uoted price, even though he underestimated the difficulty of removing the old boots, which caused him to underestimate the time requried by about 50%. He kept us informed at every step of the process, and we were very pleased with his work. I found him to be very professional, and will be happy to recommend his services int he future. We are also considering a maintenace plan with his company because we were so happy with the work done.
