Accents in Plumbing Ltd

I called around to different Plumbers, many off of Angie's List. Some were currently busy, some were helpful and on the list to call back and other's were very pricey. Atomic Plumbing was going to make me pay for them to come out and look at it ($70 in fact!). I ended up finding Herb's site online, not on Angie's List and gave him a call. He was great at explaining things and actually listened to what I had to say when I was describing the problem and not just saying they'd have to look at it. I know someone would have to look at it to be 100% but they could give me an idea or suggestions for what could be done to fix the issue that was described. My issue was the connection in my crawlspace from the street to my copper piping for my house was leaking. I found out that there was Quest piping from the road to my house even though nothing in my house was Quest as I looked for that in the inspection prior to purchasing the house. Herb was honest and helped me understand the different types of PVC used and what he would do. He ended up replacing the connectiong and putting in a new one. This fix has worked wonderfully and I hope the Quest does not fail anytime soon from the road to that connection, as my neighbors has. I did talk to Herb about the work that would be involved if the Quest was damaged under the ground. I called Herb with the issue and he asked me my address and said he could be there in 20minutes and he was. He had it fixed in no time. Herb made the whole situation less stressful on me and I'll be calling him back if there's more plumbing work that needs to be done here again in Chesapeake! Thanks Herb!! Herb was not on Angie's List and since I had a great experience I figured I should share my knowledge with others so they can have the same honest work done for them when it comes to plumbing.
