Clark and Rachel were prompt and professional when I contacted them.  They came out within a day or two to do the estimate and were flexible with my work schedule.  I wanted a window film that would protect my furniture and artwork from UV damage while appearing that nothing was on the windows -- they recommended a perfect product.  The installer did meticulous work.  When one window pane did not dry properly after the 90 day period and it took me nearly nine months to get around to calling them, they came out right away and replaced that pane free of charge!  This is a great company and I would hire them again and recommend them to anyone.

Very pleased. I had 12 windows and two doors tinted in my business office to reduce the sun light, glare and heat gain and hopefully save on some AC cost. They came Friday and measured and completed the job on a Monday. Did not interrupt the business at all.  The cost was negligible compared to draperies or new windows. You can still see out real good but can't see in which adds an element of privacy and security. The workmanship was very professional and clean. Provided warranties and registered me for a Dominion power rebate check.  Very pleased, Highly recommended.

It went great we love the tinted windows. You cannot see inside from the outside and the cooling (and even the heat) savings are awesome. The only downside, if you could call it that, is it is not as easy to see outside at night. The looking outside during the daytime is the same as it was before the installation. I waited 6 months to write this review to see how the windows did in the winter time and to ensure it was still awesome.

Great. No issues.

It went great! No fuss no muss. They put reflective tint on the front windows so I could leave my curtains open without having the neighbors seeing in. They showed up on time and worked straight through until they where done. They moved and replaced furniture and cleaned up as they went. Mr. Crowe suggested using some materials that he had in stock which saved me money. They even did the patio door at no additional cost. I had it done because of the intense sun was fading my furniture and causing the AC to work overtime. Mission accomplished! It stays cool inside now and no more intense sunlight during the summer months but still plenty of light in the winter time.
I was concerned because I have thermal efficient windows (double pane glass) but I was assured it would not affect performance and warranties. In fact they warranty against defects if caused by window film. The tint has been up for 2 years now without any issues at all. My favorite part is they installed one-way reflective tint on the glass storm door. Now I can leave the inside door open and not worry about people looking in and if solicitors show up I can see them and ignore them because they can't see me.
I'm very pleased with the companies professionalism and meticulous attention to detail. They made sure I was happy before they asked for payment and they followed up a few days later. The window tint was one of the most cost effective things I could have done to save energy because it pays for itself in AC savings. I am very happy with the product and the company.
