Refinance company recommended their Title Search and Closing agent but their price seemed high. I checked around and found 1st Commonwealth who had more reasonable price. Only issue that came up when Mortgage company provided paper work for closing they had incorrect date (printed 9 not 10 NOV). We (Closing agent nor myself caught this). The Morgtage company informed me on 11 NOV (holiday) that we would have to re-close. Contacted 1st Commonwealth first thing Monday morning and they went out of their way to have it set up for 14 Nov at best time for us. Closing agent apoligized for the mistake and staed he should have caught it. I hold the Morgtage company to blame as they were part of the discussions when the closing date was agreed to. 1st Commonwealth rates were reasonable and they were polite, always resonded to questions and when mistake was made they made every effort to correct it. I would use them again.
