Premier was an excellent company to work with - from the sales team - to the installation team - to the follow-up when the job was complete.  The sales person was prompt, knowledgeable, and very pleasant.  The installation crew showed up when scheduled and were very skilled and took great care around our home and flower beds.  The windows are great - we immediately could tell a difference in the sound level from outside - and have noticed a difference in our utility bills.  And cleaning is a breeze!  The house looks great with the new trim and it's great knowing we'll never have to be on ladder or hire a painter again!  Premier not only had the best quote, but their service was top rate.  I would definitely recommend them to any family member, neighbor or friend.

The process was effortless.  From the appointment for estimates and presentation of the product:  Angela was friendly, easy to talk to, answered all questions, very professional.  Estimated work to take 3-4 days based on amount of wood to be replaced and with 2 workers; however, when project day came, there were 3 workers who arrived early and on time and began setup and work immediately upon arrival and completed the job in one day.  They were very respectful of my presence and answered any questions I asked as well as addressed any concerns I had.  Couldn't find a thing to complain about.  The job was reasonably priced and the $500 coupon from their website was right on time....so only paid $1660.  We have 20 year labor warranty, lifetime transferable mfg warranty which was provided upon completion of the job.  It is great to know that we should never have to worry about weathered wood and painting again.

We had four companies come out and bid.  Premier was the best.  Price for windows was lower than Capital and roof was higher than Sears, but quality was better.  
Roof:  While it appeared the roof work was subbed out, the job was done in 1.5 days, Premier provided a dumpster and all the materials, crew came at 5:30 a.m. (the days were hot) and left around 4pm each day.  The cleaned up EVERYTHING and even swept the yard with a high-powered magnet to pick up an lost nails or metal debris. 
Trim Work:  This was done by Premier crew.  These guys are excellent and incredibly professional.  The whole job including windows took about 6 days.  They did leave their materials set up in the yard all week, but we just found other activities to do in the evenings and had the kids stay away from their stuff.  They cut holes in soffit and then installed vented soffit over top, they repaired at no extra cost a few areas of wood rot on the trim, they installed all new gutters and downspouts and even hooked up our rain barrels at no extra charge.  We also had our porch columns wrapped.
Windows:  We had Capital bid $16,000 for the same 16 windows and Premier came in at half the price for the same window.  The price included install and viny wrapping.  Price also included bay picture window and two custom size small windows on each side.  They installed and sealed the windows in one day, but the sealant take 24 hours to set so they came back next day to do the trim.  Be mindful and find somewhere else to say the night the windows are setting...the sealant is stinky.  Also be mindful that caulk takes a while to dry to don't reinstall curtains or blinds until 2-3 days after.  They took down all our blinds.  Be sure to budget for new blinds or be prepared to hang them from the top trim as new windows are small in width than old ones and the framing them in takes up space.  I did not have them rehang our blinds as I wanted to install them myself over the trim.  However they will rehang blinds if requested.   I also had a cat door that sits in a window that I had to trim with my dremel to fit in the new smaller opening. 
We put $5K down and financed the balance over 4 years at 12 percent...we wil refi with our bank next year at a lower rate, but this was a great way to get the work done right away as we were losing a lot of heating/cooling due to our 60 year old windows. 
Sales person, Mike Kress, stopped by twice during the week to see how things are going.  We went over warranty information and how to call for any issues/future repair work.  It was a very professional job and I would highly recommend them.

They did a real quick job.  They started seven in the morning and finished at seven o'clock at night.  They pretty much got everything cleaned up.  Their price is pretty high but it was less than the price of other company.

The work is supposed to be guaranteed for two years and I have been dealing with this problem for a year and a half. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

the siding job went from not telling the trouth at sales time to nonprofessional job completion

I was very dissatisfied with this company and I didn t like the way the work was done. I felt they completely disregarded what I wanted done. They only sent one man to do this whole job, and while installing my doors, he had disabled my alarm system. When I complained about this to the company, they wanted to charge me to fix the problem. The windows were pretty good and there was only one of them that still didn t work properly. It took this one guy over two weeks to do this and I needed it done in a few days. They understood that in the beginning.

When I finally got the finished roof it was a breath of fresh air, but up until then it seemed nothing about the process was pleasing. I had even stopped payment on the costs due to it being so disorganized. I couldn t communicate with the crew at all and some of the work I didn t agree with. Again the finished product was fine but nothing else.

They gave us an estimate and stuck to it. They came out and did the whole job in one day, and they hauled off all of the old windows and door. I felt I got a very good price for all of it. I was very satisfied with the quality of work. I only had one problem with one window, and they came out right away to check it and order a new part.

They came out, bid the job, and made appointment to do the job. They showed up when they said they would and did a great job. They were very professional and organized. They cleaned up everything real well and hauled away everything. I would recommend them to everyone; very good quality work and materials.

I really had a lot of work I wanted done and Premier gave us an estimate and stuck to it. They were skilled at all levels and were an excellent crew who were nice and honest. They worked hard and cleaned up every little thing, they even swept the driveway. We haven't had any problems with anything.

I thought the price was a little steep, but the quality of materials was excellent. The crew that came out did a quick job of tearing down the old roof. It took them one day to complete. All the shingles and nails were removed from the yard.

One of their supervisors came over to survey the job. We agreed on a price, and I signed a contract stipulating that. I also gave them a ten percent down payment, and they cashed the check. After a little prep work was complete, the owner of the company came over with another contract. He said they had under quoted by three hundred and fifty dollars. I would not sign it. So they have not returned to finish the job, nor have they given my money back. I realize it was small roof over job, where they would not make a lot of money, but a contract is a contract.

Premier Roofing & Siding Contractors used good quality of product on my roof. They have always guaranteed their work, which I liked. We have used them before and have recommended them to others, so for that reason they gave us a discount on this job.
