Sean and his crew basically gutted it and created a beautiful beach house. Sean is great! he works with you, he prefers to shop locally. He is willing to offer opposing opinions but will respect the clients desires in the end. Top notch, and his office manager, Heather, is the bets. She makes it all work. Picking Sean was a dart throw, but ot was the best dart throw I've ever made. He is a hard worker, strives to give his best , is proud of his work, was always a text or a call away, and is simply a great person. The costs were very reasonable. I never felt we were being taken advantage of. I still pester him from for small jobs even though his technically finished with our contract. I love Sean!

QS LLC went well beyond normal services to ensure customer satisfaction. Any and all questions and concerns were answered or addressed promptly. Owner was always available personally even though he had other jobs ongoing. Very satisfied with company, workmanship and service.

It went exceedingly well just now quick enough, but then no job ever is. They cleaned up pretty well, fired anything that needed tweaked. Tons of attention to detail and had some really great ideas. Plan on using them for my garage this summer.

We broke ground in late January. As a result Sean decided to put up the truss work and roof first in order to save any rain days that may come heading into the wet spring season. This proved to be a wise decision as rough ins where still able to be completed on wet days when a traditional construction method would have held us up. On top of that QS LLC was able to source local rough cut pine for the siding, which was truly important to me because the main goal in exterior appearance for me was that we look old. This building needed to have character from the get go and Sean and his crew picked the right materials to make this happen. The metal roof was pieced together quickly and efficiently! After rough ins where finished the poured concrete slab went in beautifully. Polished perfectly and with a nice touch of die to give it some color. Framing and siding went fast and then things really started taking shape. The interior was a bit tricky because I kept coming up with new ideas for materials, some realistic, some not. Sean was able to take my ideas, tell me what would work and why and come up with a design that was cost effective, attractive and functional. I honestly, and I say this as a perfectionist, when I look around the building there is not one thing I would have done differently.
The QS crew is truly top notch. Josh and Luis who did the framing and interior work were great. Solid guys, always on time, always willing to stay late to keep on schedule. Sean Dahl, the painter and finisher does nothing less than exemplary work. From the beggining of the job to the end I had honestly no complaints, felt that I got more than my moneys worth and knew that the QS team was always there for me. Heather was easy and wonderful to work with. Another person who I could bounce ideas off of and know that her response was genuine and not about what may be the best for them. All in all one of the most positive experiences I have had in any regards and can't say enough about QS and how much they genuinely wanted to make sure that I received the attention to detail, honest advice, and family touch that they have come to pride themselves on.
