Sean scheduled a consultation shortly after I called and spoke to him. He knew the local regulations, which helped me decide what to do since I wanted the work done sooner rather than later. He gave me a very reasonable quote and was available within about a week. On the day of the work he showed up on time, did an excellent job, cleaned up after himself (a nice change from the contractors who had just done work inside my home) and then went over everything with me when I came to pay him.

We are extremely happy with the work that Goose Creek Builders has done for us, and are very thankful to have found someone we can depend on for quality work and fair prices. Sean knows how to fix most anything the right way, and will do a great job outlining options for any work that needs to be done. He is always there when he says he will be; we would recommend him without hesitation for any building project, large or small.

show up on time and ready to work.  The price was right.  He was cheerfully able to work with a state agency providing the funds.  He finished in a timely manner.  He left the property neat, tidy and definitely corrected the problem area.  I have since hired him for other projects.  He repaired my front porch roof which was leaking due to previous roofer having done it incorrectly.  Sean was able to replace only the area that was problematic, thus making the repair affordable.  It is a perfect match to the old roof and doesn't leak.  In addition he repaired interior water damage from a separate roof leak after stopping this leak also.
