He sent the other guy and I think the other guy kind of overcharged us.
He got done pretty quick. He bought the new plumbing fixture. The place that he was gonna get it charged retail a hundred and twenty something dollars, we could have bought it at Home Depot for sixty.
He claimed he didn't have to read the instructions that came with the plumbing fixture and so he put it in wrong and left out a couple of parts.
He's not very careful with what he does, he's fast but he's too fast and he's sloppy. He took all the extra parts with him and I should have asked him to leave the box, it didn't occur to me till after he was gone but he cleaned up all the, I mean he put everything back in the box and took it away.

He comes when you need him and has very fair prices. He is a busy man, but he will always work you in to his schedule. He will always return your calls and I trust him, which is important.
