Karl's Handyman Service

I live in Kansas City, MO. My 75 year old Mother is moving here from Keeling, VA. She has been diagnosed with dementia. My sister there has been helping her get her house on the market. There was a window that had some some water damage. Every time I talked to my mom she mentioned the window and it was really bothering her. I told her I would do some research and find someone reputable, which was hard to do half way across the country! I found Karl and we set a time for him to go look at it. I called my Mom to confirm. Well the window had already been patched by my brother in law. Karl still looked at it and gave a very reasonable quote to repair it correctly. He called me and told me what needed to be done. But my Mom is worried my brother in law will get his feelings hurt. You know how Mothers are! I am having to do some major remodeling on my home in Kansas City to prepare for my Mom moving in. I need thousands of dollars of work done, ie: remodel bath, sheetrock repair, paint inside and out..whole house. I would hire Karl with no reservations at all! I wish he was here in Missouri. My Mom told me Karl was so very nice when he showed up. That is always a plus :) S. Huggins
