I called an automated line in the middle of the night, in the middle of nowhere for my issue. Ten minutes later, I got a call back. Thirty minutes later, a truck with two guys came out to inspect my electric pole. This was around midnight. Chris was one of the technicians that came, and he and his partner were both incredibly polite and professional. They got right to work, and I was impressed with the whole experience. The original installation took place about a year ago, and that experience was equally pleasing, keeping with their levels of professionalism and work proficiency.
