All went well. He does excellent work.
Adam is currently very busy evidently and in demand. This is understandable because he does do quality work and since the word is out that his work is quality and his prices are competitive he is now in great demand. He used to have an assistant, but I believe his assistant is no longer with him.
I know he's not been returning calls. I have several calls in right now and they haven't been returned either. Others have told me this is a problem, too.
I can only say this: IF you are not in an extreme hurry to have something done right this minute, then give him a chance. Keep calling and leave messages and phone numbers. Let him know if this is a job that can wait or if you need immediate service. I'm hoping that will help.
Adam: If you are reading these reports, and I hope you are, I can only say please return your calls. You may be busy now, but you may need work in the future and these folks, including myself, need to know you're still available at some time, if not now.

I do not know if A is highest or F. I rate this provider at Zero because I called and the builder called but we never had a return call

Mr. Adam is very good. I keep in touch with him as he is a wonderful guy. I just bought a home in Florida and I was concerned about the heating and air conditioning unit there. I called him and he was useful. He was even kind enough to give me the information and everything. He is a fantastic guy and he would come out anytime that I have a problem. He is very good. He did not over-charge me and he was the best priced in the area. He was wonderful to work with and he was very personable. He cares. He keeps in touch and he wants his customers to be happy. I can only give him the highest praise.

He worked with the insurance company and stayed within the amount they were willing to pay. He did this and still was able to improve our heating system. He is very conscientious about doing a good job. Mr. Austell inspected everything and replaced defective parts of the old sysem and added some new, necessary duct work. He installed a more efficient heating system that saved us money on fuel. His crew cleaned up any debris and when they were done you had no evidence that they had been here working except for the new furnace.
