Another group I specialize in serving is the senior population, educating them about the FHA-insured Reverse Mortgage program available. This unique program can help use the hard earned equity in the home to remain in their home and help make their lives easier and more fulfilling by generating supplemental income, paying off expensive debt or achieving any other unique financial goal they may have. My team and I take very seriously the task of advising our clients and presenting the best programs and rates available to them including advising those who cannot currently qualify for the home or loan program that they are seeking and showing them what needs to be done to reach their goals.
