I build contemporary furniture and cabinets that emphasize clean simple lines, functionality and an attention to the natural beauty of wood. I carry a small selection of ready made furniture in addition to the works of local artists and artisans. I am happy to work with clients to design and build the most efficient and beautiful interior accents. I can also do a variety of other projects, such as custom doors, wooden countertops, bar tops and millwork

Unlike some other local carpenters, Todd was comfortable taking on this project of a kind he didn't regularly get, and he displayed the confidence that comes with competence.  All he had to build from was a photo of a mantel I saw on the internet and he replicated it perfectly.  He called my builder to determine the dimensions and attachment method needed.  The construction is solid and precise and was exactly what I needed.  His delivery was considerably faster than he promised.

He was reliable, always on time and did excellent work.  We've had a difficult time finding reliable companies since we moved to Charlottesville so it was a welcome relief when we found Todd.
