Vanderlinde Recycling

Called on a Saturday to schedule a container, requested a 10 yd container. Had recently had 6 large trees dropped and need to remove them. Initial thought was Green County land fill but price was $52/ton and would have require multiple trips with a pickup. Reached the dispatcher as the office was closed but she placed a call and was able to schedule a container for delivery on my next day off (a Thursday). Based on my description of the quantity she suggested a 20 yd container (same price). Container arrived late Thursday (4pm) due to unexpected traffic circumstances. Loaded container on Friday and Sunday, pick up scheduled for Monday. Deposit was required for contract of $250 which included fees for drop off, pickup and mandated State Fees for recycling. Since the container was so late for delivery thru no fault of the vendor they still gave me a credit for the drop off. Cost of material was $20/ton for tree and brush (higher for other categories). Great company to work with very responsive, one local competitor did not respond until after the fifth message. Van der Linde was always answered by a person. Should I have need again I will contact them first. They also run the single stream recycling center for the area so II am confident that working with them I am not just dumping in a landfill. I know from their website the manufacture mulch and also recycle surfacing materials.
