I waited a long time before submitting this review for a number of reasons. First, I'm sure my review won't be anonymous because the number of repairs that were botched will surely identify me to the business. Second, I did not pay for the services because the previous owner hired this company to complete the repairs before we closed on the house. However, because of the number of issues, I feel that it is important to have this review published. This company was hired to do about five moderate repairs on the electrical service, the roof, the unfinished crawlspace, the deck, and a few odds and ends. Virtually everything they did was shoddy. They did not caulk the roof trim they had replaced (considerable water leak in the first rain). They did not clean the mold in a sanitary and effective manner. The outlets were not grounded appropriately. They only put reinforcing tie-downs on one line of deck supports, not the second line. Some of the wood they added to the deck railings was of very low quality (very curved, it looks horrible but is not a safety issue). We had to have almost everything they touched redone by real professionals. Some of this work we did not pay for because we caught it immediately before closing on the house, some of it the company fixed after calling and complaining, while the rest was discovered months later and we had to fix it ourselves. Do not hire this company.
