It was fine. He initially was out of town and that was okay but he did get back to me as soon as he was back in town. I live out in the country and he was willing to come out to where I am. He did the job well and quickly and as advertised. I didn't need 4 locks, I just needed 3. Everything worked fine. I would recommend him to someone else. The price was exactly as advertised and I got what I paid for. If I needed him again, I would call him back.

After, all the work was done....and the Lock Doctor was gone there was just one key that would not work for me in one of the door locks. I called the Lock Doctor, and he came the very next day and readjusted the one key and did not charge me anything extra for his work or time. I am so appreciative of his professionalism and helpfulness in responding to my needs so very quickly and at such a great price! I would recommend his outstanding work to anyone who is in need of a very helpful individual! Thank-you again, Lock Doctor!

We purchased the $99 deal expecting to have to pay a little extra since we were having all the locks changed in a house we just bought. He got back to us right away and was able to come the morning we needed him. He arrived right on time and got straight to work (with little help from us since we had several contractors there at once and were quite distracted). He asked how many keys we needed and made sure they all worked before he left. He didn't charge more than the $99 even though he could have based on the number of locks he had to change.

Punctual, friendly, competent, quick, excellent service.  We will call The Lock Doctor anytime we have a question.

Initially signed up for the 4 locks rekeyed offer.  We called the Lock Doctor and let him know there would be additional work on the door locks and a new one for the front door.  He let us know he could do all that we wanted to be done.  Set a date for the work and he was there on time.  He makes installing dead bolt locks look easy, works fast and is very meticulous.  Made sure everything worked it should.  We would contact him for any future door lock or door handle work that we want done.  We now have all doors keyed the same and a great looking front door handle and keyed dead bolt lock.
