The company brought out several rugs to compare to my furniture and once the rug had been chosen they installed it. I noticed part wouldn't sit flat. The company came back out, picked up the rug, steamed the rug back at their office and then came back out to re install the rug. They moved my furniture at least 4 times, didn't charge any additional fees for their extended service. They are wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an oriental rugs.

They picked them up, dropped them off and put them where we wanted. The service was out of this world. It is amazing what these folks did. We've tried other people locally and there's no comparison. There's nothing negative I could say. They were also extremely nice and the price was very reasonable for the work they did. They were amazing.
