Tom jumped on board with 100% enthusiasm, and has maintained that enthusiasm. His team show up to-the-moment-on-time, work tirelessly all day, and leave with a thank you. When Tom Greer calls a subcontractor, they answer and rush to him. They are grateful and excited to be working on his projects. Knowledgeable, compassionate, inventive, detailed, reliable, resourceful, green, diligent, and every positive adjective you can imagine.
