After placing a call, a couple days later the company's owner, Walt, came to the house to take a look and provide an estimate and then completed the job the following week. He arrived on time as agreed, did the work himself and did a very good job on both the house and deck. He had his own equipment and was done in about an hour. He also gave me some good advice on re-staining my deck and getting the grease build up off of my gutters. He is not the cheapest you'll find, however his professionalism and reliability was worth it.
