I did not use.  I purchased the "deal" but then was contacted and told that Stacy's would not be able to provide the service for a couple of months because she was so busy.  Angie's list billed me right away and then took a couple of weeks to refund the money even though I told them immediately that I had cancelled the service.  Because of how this played out, I will not ever buy another Angie's List "deal".

It went well.  She had her own equipment and did a good job.  We usually do our own cleaning, but we needed help last July.  I have no complaints whatsoever.

She was efficient and did the job well. Our interaction with her was fine. She listened to our instructions and did what we asked. The work tuned out fine. She did what we asked and we are having her come back each month as a regular routine. We did not spend more than the $199 Big Deal. She came out shortly after we purchased the Big Deal.

Beautiful job and very professional demeanor.  Would highly recommend her to everyone.

I feel like we paid for a basic clean and even that wasn't very good. Will not hire this service again.

Sstacy is so professional and did such a good job I am not sure I should be telling everyone. The work done was exactly as we agreed and to the highest standards. I highly recommend Stacy to anyone looking for help with their home at a fair price.

AWESOME - that's my word! Everything was clean, even the baseboards, the doors, and other places that don't get cleaned on a regular basis. She takes all the miscellaneous items off the tabletops, dressers, vanities, etc. and then wipes them down prior to placing it all back. Our home tends to be a real dust collector, especially with 2 dogs. Our kitchen floor is wood and is very hard to keep the stickiness off. She got all of the wood beautiful - I am thrilled with the results. If I had one minor critisism, it'd be a couple of the mirrors, but I am unsure if that was part of the service. My husband set this up for me and I'm ready to make another appointment!

Stacy is awesome! She cleans the whole upstairs of our house every week for an amazingly reasonable price. She doesn't just clean, she neatens and tidies! I am embarrassed to say that there are usually clothes, toys and miscellaneous laying around on the floors and surfaces, and when I come home, everything is neatened and so much more manageable. I love coming home when she has been here.

Stacy comes over once a week and cleans our home. We have two small children and one big dog and she can undo a weeks worth of damage in short order. Any special requests we ever have are met with her normal cheery attitude.
She also places our kids stuffed animals into funny arrangements, which the kids enjoy. Listening to them laugh, and knowing I didn't have to clean up after myself is worth every penny.
We held off hiring anyone for a long time because we were nervous letting a stranger have complete access to our home. We have never had a second of worry or concern about Stacy. We would highly recommend her to anyone.
