Full service landscape design and installation firm. We also offer a complete lawn care services for residential and commercial customers. We have a 7 acre garden center, green houses, bulk materials, and a large selection of natural stones and locally quarried aggregates. We sell more mulch than anyone else in Central VA.

We had also agreed that they would remove some tree limbs to provide more sunlight. But it turns out they were not really prepared to do that, or didn't want to, so by the time the rest of the work was done it was too late. Cutting limbs at that point required a climber - which they didn't have.
The sidewalk work was OK, it looks good, but I had to call the supervisor to get them out here to remove the steel form. It was getting in my way. They came out to do it at their convenience, not mine.
The supervisor was not well versed in the garden shrubs and trees which the nursery had. (It is not clear how the landscaping parts of the business mesh with the nursery part) but the super gave me poor information about trees available. She said they did not have certain trees in stock, but it turns out they did. We went out there and looked for ourselves and found what we wanted. The landscape supervisor did not know what rt hey had in the nursery and just should have said so.
Scott Price, landscape designer and one of the owners, suggested curves which sets our walkway apart. Everyone comments how lovely it is.
I use shredded hardwood mulch. Snow's is top quality and free of bugs.
Their compost beats their competitors.
