Eddie and his team were on-time and professional.  They finished the job in only 4 hours.  Eddie was very helpful and provided all services as estimated.  I recommend Professional Movers Inc.

The crew was on time and exceedingly professional. One of the hottest days so far this year but their attitude remained upbeat. We had a full crew and they moved quickly but still in control. We packed and unpacked ourselves. They showed up when scheduled and started moving items out. Others have noted that they charge a bit more but we found them to be quit competitive. Eddie came by personally to provide the estimate. We actually came in under. Can't say enough positive things about the crew and move!

They showed up on time at 8:30 AM and moved an entire two floor house of furniture and boxes to a three floor house.  They finished at 3:30 PM.  Absolutely amazing professionalism using six workers and two trucks.  I didn't have to concern myself with anything.   Just Super!

Professional Movers are the best.   Not only did they move all of my things to my new home, they did it with no problems whatsoever.  Before leaving my past residence, they moved some furniture from the attic area into the living room so it would be available for my upcoming moving sale.  At my new home, they brought in the furniture and put everything where I indicated it should go and when I didn't know where I wanted it to be, Eddie recommended placement of various items  and he was right on target - I still have all the things in place where he suggested I put them.  When people tell me how nice my new home looks and ask if I had any problems deciding where to put things, I could just say "no problems at all" - Eddie helped me out.

I couldn’t get my Stairmaster where I wanted it to be so I ended up with it in the living room. They were professional. I was pleased with them. They came on time. They were polite and capable. They moved what I wanted to have moved to where I wanted it to go. There were no broken things. It was a small job, a lot of movers wouldn’t have taken it so I was glad that they were willing to come out. The price was reasonable for what they did. I was happy with it and I didn’t feel like they added anything to the price or misrepresented the price in any way. I thought they were fair. I would use them again.

Professional staff and really hard workers.  Did a great job loading and helped place everything where we wanted it--even after I changed my mind a few times!

Mr. Giles talked a good talk and had good references, and so I hired him even though his price was on the high side.  They showed up on time, but communication was a problem. I had the whole house packed except for our office, which I planned to do after they were done the first day (it was a two-day move).  There was no discussion of how they would take things out of the house--and they came into the home office as the 2nd room they did--it was disastrous for us because that was the only room not ready.  It was their "system" for moving a house, and that was what they did. In addition, I needed to control the inventory going into storage, and the first day I did not receive much cooperation on this.  When I told Eddie Giles that I needed this inventory, he got too close into my face and said, "I do the moving, YOU do the inventory."  I got more cooperation by talking with the workers directly.  This lack of coordination took us several days of work subsequently to resolve, as well as having to rent yet another storage unit to do the work in.  The workers left a LOT of trash behind in the house, from used food containers to empty tape dispensers and other stuff.  It filled a large trash bag.  Professional Movers wrapped the upholstered furniture in plastic wrap to protect it, but when we went to the storage unit, most of it had been torn away in their handling of the furniture.  In addition, several of the boxes were crushed. This was not a difficult move.  Some boxes that were clearly labeled (5 sides) fragile--top load (like my china) were on the bottom of a pile of heavy boxes.  One box was so damaged that it had to be replaced before the next part of our move. When I opened it, every single bit bubble packing had been burst.  It had to have been thrown or dropped for that kind of damage. Yes, it was marked "fragile" because it contained electronics.  The stairs in the house were gouged by the movers, but Mr. Giles sent one of his workers to close out the move and receive payment.  When I mentioned the damage, he said I'd have to talk with Eddie.  He wasn't answering his phone.  Because of time constraints, that was impossible, so that damage went uncompensated.  I received no follow-up on this from Mr. Giles on this.  We did have some very heavy items that the movers were able to deal with.  Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience.  I have hire professional movers before and it went much more smoothly than this did.  I believe I was overcharged for the service I received and the stress of the move was significantly exacerbated by lack of communication and how our things were treated when I wasn't personally overseeing the unload at the storage facility..

They were good and showed up on time. I give them A's across the board and will use them again in the future.

Moving is stressful!  But, Professional Movers has helped us get through many moves, and things have always gone well!
