When they are in the neighborhood and stop by my house, that's when I see them. Try to phone for a scheduled delivery? I never hear a response from them.

He cuts the wood up into smaller pieces which makes it easier to burn the wood. He brings the wood neatly and stacks it where ever you want. He is very positive.
