Brian showed up right on time and was very friendly! He got to work right away with my project and was done in a few hours. He made my sofa, large round chair and rugs look new again. I was soo excited. With children in the house, I never thought they would come clean again, but Brian proved me wrong. I will definitely be using his services again in the future

This was so much better than renting a rug doctor and doing it myself. It was a little more expensive but well worth it! Brian was very curious and knowledgeable. He owns this part of the franchise so you're helping a smaller guy too in the grand scheme of things.

Very professional and personable service..

When I tried to call to make an appointment I called to also making sure there was nothing that he was going to drag through the floor. When he came in he brought in the chemical throughout my house (wood floor and carpet) I now have his permanent foot print stains that I am not able to remove. Their product is not good, after he was finished, the carpet was stiff and the fact that I cant wash out the stains is frustrating. I would not recommend this company.
