The end product was good although there was a little bit of confusion with when they would be there and what they were doing on certain days.

I was very distressed over mold in a basement room where my allergic daughter (and her allergic pet) had been sleeping. Mike McNulty came the day I called OCW. He was thorough, detailed, clear, professional--and beyond kind. He measured levels of damp, pointed out exactly where the source of the problem was. Then when I asked if there was any way I could manage it myself, because of budget constraints, he took considerable time to explain step by step exactly how I could restore the room to healthy conditions. This included how to treat all hard surfaces, soft surfaces, carpet, wood under carpet, and so forth. He was sensitive to my need for practical and inexpensive solutions and went out of his way to help. He sold me the treatment solution at cost, had it delivered to my front porch the next day, and charged me nothing for his time. I felt complete trust in his thorough and not over-hyped evaluation of the problem, and should I ever have a similar home environmental issue, large or small, I would use OCW in a heartbeat. This company does large and complex environmental consulting and remediation, yet Mike treated my basement problem as though it were as important as a major developer's building. That attitude tells me all I need to know. I recommend them highly.
