Nothridge Internal Medicine

She's highly competent. She's knowledgeable and has a good manner. She always responds to you. I have no negative issues at all.

Annual physical exam.   She had good suggestions on losing weight.  Does not over prescribe or perform undo lab tests.

Dr. Lepsch is my primary physician. He is an excellent internist who is very proactive and forward thinking. Most importantly, he listens to the patient before drawing potential conclusions for diagnoses.

She is excellent. She is located at Northridge Medical Facility. It is very convenient to where I live.

I have been going to Dr. Post and the Northridge practice for over 20 years. I completely trust her judgement. I appreciate the way she treats me as a partner in my own care. She is on top of new developments in medicine and ready to recommend lifestyle changes that would impact my medical status.

I have also seen all the the doctors in the practice over the years. When an unexpected urgent appointment is needed, if your own doctor is unavailable, you can see one of the other Northridge Internal Medicine physicians. They are uniformly excellent.

An added benefit is the use of EPIC, the online medical record, and My Chart. Communication is easy, either by phone or by email through My Chart.

Having all the resources of UVA to back them up gives the Northridge physicians access to the full range of specialists for referrals.. I have greatly appreciated Dr. Post's referrals when needed.

The doctor was very approachable, amenable to answering all kinds of questions, and not patronizing at all. I like this in a doctor, I'm not just looking to fix whatever problem is bothering me, I also want to understand it and understand how to avoid potential health problems in future. The doctors at Northridge seem up-to-date in their medical knowledge, spent time talking about lifestyle choices, exercise options, etc, and were happy to suggest referrals for any questions they thought I could use more information on. I found the office environment to be comfortable, and all of the staff extremely friendly. The only issue I had was that my insurer changed my account number at one point, and it took several phone calls and incorrect bills to get that straightened out in the billing office. But I think this was primarily the fault of the insurer, who should have sent clearer information, and in the end, it was all solved to everyone's satisfaction, so I will definitely go back.

I was very impressed with both his person-ability and his approach to medicine.

She is a wonderful women. She is very caring and is no no nonsense and tells it like it is. She has been my doctor for over 30 years. She is incredible.

I take a particular drug and need a blood test, and the nurse did it for me. My overall experience with her was good. I would rate her highly. I would use her again in the future.

My physician is really good. He is very punctual and professional. He took extra time with me as a new patient. It was a three month wait to get an initial appointment but as an established patient it is much easier to be seen.

I have seen my doctor in this practice since 2006 (Dr. Susan Laurie). She has provided first rate care, as have the other doctors I've seen in the practice when I've needed an appointment fast and Dr. Laurie has not been available.







The care from each doctor I've seen has been excellent, and I'm very picky. The physicians are very forthright about what's going on and respect my questions and comments.







When possible I prefer to see doctors who are affiliated with teaching hospitals because they stay current with the research. Since Northridge is a UVA facility, I'm pretty sure that the doctors in all practices in the building are UVA docs.
