Called him on Friday July 22nd. He said he would call me Monday, July 26th to set up a time to look and give estimate.
He never called back !

"I did forget to call. I had an issue with one of my children that needed to be dealt with, and forgot to call. When I did call to reschedule and apologize, he had already moved on to another contractor. I did call him a day or two after that Monday."

One of my tenant apartments needed repainting after four years and a smoker inhabited the place. Mr. Gimbert and his crew were highly professional, efficient and delivered good quality work. As the painting progressed, Mr. Gimbert was able to take on additional repair items not anticipated at the time the estimate was done. These items were added to the estimate by agreement and the cost came in for the total job at a reasonable price and within the projected time frame.

The outside had no drips onto the brick. The inside was done well by a crew of three painters. Repairs to moisture damaged wood were done very well at a reasonable price.
