"Jeeezz, [Member's name removed]. We moved over 300 people last year, and while we're not perfect (no company is) the vast majority of our customers are extremely happy with our service. We had an unusually rough day that day as I and two of my crew members were very ill. Not only did we discount your move by 50% we provided extra crew members at no additional cost. Keep in mind that we were only moving garage items. We simply had a miscommunication, and did everything in our power to give you the move at cost. You and your husband have hit us with negative reviews on every site known to man. Overzealous much? If a company leaves you unsatisfied in the future you may want to take in consideration how much effort they made to rectify the situation. We are a small family run business, luckily our hard work and effort is what keeps us thriving. Obviously this review is no way representative of our quality work as it is literally 1 of out of over 200 moves that we completed last year. Take note that we have a 5 star rating on the only non-pay, non-extortion oriented site online [hyperlink removed] with over 300 five star reviews. We appreciate your business and wish you the best."
