My real estate agent was Joe Porterfield. He is amazing! He handled a short-sale real estate purchase for me. The whole process took 6 months, extremely stressful, but Joe kept his cool the whole time. Many a time I was ready to throw in the towel, but cooler heads prevailed, thanks to Joe. Joe went above and beyond many times. He even helped me flush the hot water tank!!! I researched realtors to death and fired one before meeting with Joe. Save yourself the headache and ask for Joe Porterfield by name, you'll be VERY glad you did!!!!p.s. Joe is also one of the nicest people you could hope to meet!
