When I first contacted them through an email that included a photograph of the repair I needed to have done, they were responsive. A member of their sales team contacted me the next day to discuss the project then followed up with an email the same day to set up a schedule for a visit to my property. I responded with a wide range of available times for a visit (I'm retired - I'm flexible) but received no response. Several days later I sent another email just in case there had been a problem with my first response. Several days after that I left a phone message for the sale person that had first called me. After a week and a half I have still not recived any kind of response. I won't be trying to contact them in the future.
Description of Work: I contacted Monarch while loking for a company to perform a repair on a decorative sidewalk at my home.
