Fair to good. Bed making was very poor; housecleaning generally good. Some different cleaners each time. They were quick and usually two came. Bed covers were put on sideways, and the feet not tucked in snugly. They seemed to have problems with handling the thick mattress.

Very accommodating fitting me in when needed. Ladies showed up when they were expected. Very professional, friendly, willing to work with me. Loved the work done.

We will continue to use Molly Maid and highly recommend their cleaning services.

The Team Of girls were always Professional, However the Owners did not communicate well. The estimate that was given to me in writing with the listed chores that would be performed by the team on a regular basis WAS not in fact the work that was not completed. 
The team would be in and out of my house with in Two hours. With work that still needing to be completed. When request were made for the team to do other chores, The owners informed that this was not possible. We do not reside in our home full time as it is our second home. There is an outdoor office that they FLAT out would not clean. Nor the stair to the basement which is carpeted, a finished out basement!
The Owner Male was very Rude in his email's to us. Informing us how inconvenient it was for his team to get to our house after a storm. Which were not aware of as we don't reside there full time!
The turn over of staff was constant, a problem for us as the instructions would constantly need to be passed down. Along with the fact we never knew who was going to be in our him absent our presence. 
The company increased our fees with out any prior written warning. 
Nor did we receive any documentation to these changes upon our estimates.

Went well.

They are amazing. They’re thorough. They even clean the inside of microwave and my ceiling fans. They clean cobwebs out of the corners you can’t reach. They mop all the floors. They are very trustworthy.
