Milo, Tyler and Crystal your personal attention and friendly communication throughout this whole process made our moving experience a joy which relieved us of so much anxiety. We were delighted when you followed up after we were all moved in to check on the small details and to be sure that everything went smoothly. And we’re confident that if we had moved across country, you would have retrieved that bed part and gotten it to us so we could sleep in our bed the first night in our new home! THEY ARE SIMPLY OUTSTANDING ON ALL FRONTS! FIVE STARS IS NOT ENOUGH! Jeff and his team are first-rate professionals and incredible human beings. I had to move my elderly parents and they were responsive, understanding, on time (early in fact), and so efficient and caring. Jeff kept me posted the whole time with updates and was there in person to make sure everything was done properly. All this, at a great flat fee price! If you need to move anybody you care about, or yourself, please go with Milo - YOU WILL BE VERY HAPPY! They are much better than large operations, and the level of commitment and excellence is unmatched. They really came through for us, and I could not be more grateful. (This is a real review from a real person who took the time to do this because I so deeply appreciate they help they gave our family.)

Were much more affordable than alternative estimates. Crew worked hard, was friendly and delivered the goods (including a climb to third floor at the new apartment) without problem. Only glitch was that moving bid specified special container to protect a giant-screen TV. The movers said nobody told them about that -- but they did a good job of bubble-wrapping the TV to protect it.

The move went great! The crew of four showed up at 7AM, and they worked their tails off until the job was finished at 7PM. They were professional, and there were only a couple of small items that got damaged during the move - which is to be expected. They even drove 30 miles out of the way to pick up a fridge for us, and they charged way less for that then what we expected. We would definitely recommend Milo the Mover for anyone in the Charlottesville area. They did things the right way, and you could tell that these guys knew what they were doing.
