Everything went excellent. I was extremely pleased with Dave and Juan and how they got everything completed, especially considering the complexity of my windows. The windows in my house are sadly very unique where the mullions are mounted to the interior of the window frame unlike common windows where the mullions are in-between the glass panes. Dave and Juan quickly discovered how to properly remove the frame to get the windows cleaned properly. I don't think another contractor would have made the effort or would have been able to figure out these unique window. The added step to the process was unfortunate, but I was extremely happy they discovered how the get it done correctly. In the process of cleaning the windows they also cleaned out my gutters, and repaired some rotten wood. It's a large house and the whole job took about 1.5 days because there were a lot of windows to clean. I can easily recommend that anyone considering doing business with Dave Surgerman should do so with confidence that the work will be completed professionally, in a timely manner, and at a fair price.
