I liked the door very much. I liked the installer and the contractor. The workmanship was good. The only thing that I didn't like was it took quite a while to schedule it. My interaction with them was fine. They were courteous and helpful. The work is working very well. The cost was very reasonable.

It is very difficult to find someone to help you, they don't seem knowledgeable in the appliance department, not a great variety to choose from on the floor.

The communication was bad, and there were also many delays. The installer did not do the best job.

The staff is very friendly and very helpful. However, if you see product instock online they usually don't have it in the store. Their product is very limited. If you're doing a specialized project they probably don't have the items in stock.

Work was done over three days by a subcontractor's crew. All looks good and as advertised. Price was $1,000 below next bid.

The salesman was helpful and knowledgeable about the various lights and bulbs. He explained everything to me, told me what was practical - and why - and then waited patiently while I processed the information and made up my mind.
Without his help I doubt whether I would've known what to do.

Their nursery is great, it's very good, and it's cheap, and their plants live. The staff is very good. I bought my washer and dryer there this year, I bought a double oven there this year, I buy all my filters for the furnace there. First of all, it's the only Lowe's in town. The staff is very, very friendly, very good, very helpful, they will take you by the hand practically and direct you if you ask them where such and such is. They absolutely help me with any questions or concerns. I don't have anything negative to say about Lowe's. It's a very, very good store. The sales help is excellent, prices are excellent, they have everything there.

The experience went very well. They came on time and finished when they said they would Everything went as it should have.

They did a very good job and of course I researched the water heater and I have been pretty happy with it. They were good in being responsive and punctual. They subcontracted the job of installing the water heater but I don't remember whom they used. Generally, they don't have people to install things directly and they generally sub contract it to somebody else from a list of companies they have, that they give the installing contract to. They did a really good job but I had one shade that was wrinkled and I really didn't think they were going to do anything about it, they offered labor, but that was too late. They didn't have any control over the price, it was a higher end price and I don't remember us getting a discount on it, I guess the price was okay.

It went very well. Got off to a great start when the installer (Jason) called on Sunday night to verify that he would be coming Monday morning if at all possible as we were under a prediction of very inclement weather. Crew arrived on time and worked relentlessly for nearly 3.5 days, taking only break for lunch. It was pretty amazing. I am very pleased with final results and would definitely use Lowes again.

I just can't stand them. They put in some windows for us and they made about eight mistakes. While they were ordering Pella windows, they ordered wrong ones and they put them in incorrectly. They had a hard time facing up to their mistakes. Finally they came out, pulled out the windows back again and put in new ones. The second thing was their communication misuse. They made about eight mistakes with the windows. They ordered them wrong twice and put them in not realizing at all what we had ordered. They were extremely dysfunctional. They are still doing it to get it right. We paid way too much money for what they did. They are okay to put in nails or something like that. I would never recommend them for any home improvement projects. They messed everything up. The windows came from Pella and it was good quality windows but what they ended up doing was not good. One thing about them is they guarantee that they will make it right but for four months they are dealing with this is like not good.
